Competition Overview 

 Malaysia Day Dance Competition (“the Competition”) is organised and sponsored by Superbook Malaysia. The Competition is governed by these terms and conditions, including any subsequent amendments thereto (Terms and Conditions”).
All participants in the Competition will be deemed to have accepted the Terms and Conditions.
The Competition is open to residents of Malaysia except employees (and their families) of Superbook Malaysia.
The participant(s) must be aged between 6-12 years old and have permission from their parents or guardian.
All participants must be willing to provide full name and contact details and to have these details passed to the organiser.
Use of a false name or address may result in disqualification.
No responsibility can be accepted for entries lost, delayed or corrupted, or due to computer error in transit.

Competition Period 

The Competition period is from 07 August 2022 until 02 September 2022 (both dates inclusive) (“the Competition Period”).
The competition period may be changed by Superbook Malaysia at its discretion.
All entries received before or after the Competition Period shall automatically be disqualified.

Prizes 

The prizes will be one(1) Laptop, one(1) Television, one(1) Projector.
Each winner will only be entitled to win only 1 unit of the prize item.
The prizes are as stated, are not transferable to another individual and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.
The winner(s) is(are) responsible for expenses and arrangements not specifically included in the prizes. Prizes are subject to availability and the prize suppliers’ terms and conditions.
The organiser reserves the right to amend or alter the terms of the Competition and reject entries from participants not entering into the spirit of the competition.
In the event of a prize being unavailable, the organiser reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.

Notification to winner 

Winners will be notified through the contact details stated by the Participant.
The winner(s) agree(s) to the prospective use of their name, church name, photograph and disclosure of state of residence and will co-operate with any other reasonable requests by Superbook Malaysia relating to any post-winning publicity.
Winner(s) will be selected based on criteria set out in the promotion from all correct entries received by the closing date stated within the promotional material.

Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winner(s). If the winner(s) cannot be contacted, or are unable to comply with these terms and conditions, the Organiser reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible participant drawn at random, or in the event that the promotion is being judged the Organiser reserves the right to offer the prize to the runner(s)-up selected by the same judges.
Failure to respond and/or provide an address for delivery, or failure to meet the eligibility requirements may result in forfeiture of the prize.

Miscellaneous 

Where applicable, the decision of the judges is final based on the criteria set out in the promotion and no correspondence will be entered into over this decision.
The Competition may be modified or withdrawn at any time.
The participants understand and agree that their participation in the Competition is at their own risk and Superbook Malaysia is not liable to any person whether in tort, contract, statute or otherwise for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages or costs in connection with their participation in the Competition.
The Terms and Conditions shall be governed by Malaysian law.
In the event of a discrepancy between these standard terms and conditions and the details in the promotional material (or any other terms and conditions provided/referred to at the time of entry), the details of the promotional material (and any other terms and conditions provided/referred to at the time of entry) shall prevail.
