Greetings from Superbook, CBN Malaysia!

What a year it has been! From the lifting of the ban on interstate and overseas travel to seeing lowest Covid-19 infection rates since July of this year, there certainly is a lot to be thankful to our Almighty God for.

As the entire nation adapts to the pandemic (hopefully officially endemic soon), churches and ministries all across Malaysia were forced to adjust and adapt too. Superbook ministry was no different.

What excited us was the fact that the “forced” transition, however difficult it was, actually opened up new opportunities to disciple the next generation! It’s easy to lose hope in the midst of a battle that feels impossible. Time and time again God proves Himself faithful to multiply what we bring to Him for His use, be it 5 small barley loaves or 2 small fishes.

I am reminded of the passage in Luke 18 where Jesus said it would be extremely difficult for a rich man to enter the Kingdom of God. While the subject of the statement was “the rich man”, those who overheard Jesus were themselves convicted and asked “Then who in the world can be saved?” (v26, NLT)

Jesus’ answer was profound: “What is impossible for people is possible with God.”

Salvation of sinful people should not be humanly possible, but we were saved. We are daily miracles working out our salvation, answering the call God has on our lives, and bringing salvation everywhere we go. We are living proof that God can do the impossible!

As we start releasing regular ministry updates, I pray this blesses your heart and encourages you to continue this walk of faith!

As always, thank you for your partnership in empowering us to serve the churches of Malaysia and our next generation.

Yours in Christ,
